Frisco Road, Piedmont, OK 73078

Property Description

Located just outside Piedmont, this 33.68 acre tract offers the freedom to build the home you have always wanted with beautiful views of downtown Oklahoma City. Situated just outside the metro while still being close to everyday amenities, this property offers an ideal combination of location, privacy, and opportunity. The property features two ponds, native grasses, rolling topography, and abundant wildlife. With some additional dirt work, the two ponds could potentially be combined into a larger lake of approximately 2 acres, creating an incredible centerpiece for the property. Deer regularly bed and browse across the landscape in the mornings and evenings, adding to the property's recreational appeal. Remnants of an old homestead still remain, including an old windmill and pump that would make a great restoration project and a unique piece of the property's history to enjoy for years to come. Multiple homesites provide flexibility for building, and a new well has already been drilled. The location is hard to beat, with NW Highway just 2 miles away and Piedmont only 2 miles from the property. The center of the Oklahoma City metro is within 30 minutes, and the Kilpatrick Turnpike is less than 10 miles away. With NW Highway and the Piedmont area continuing to expand, now is a great time to secure acreage in this growing area. Wide open scenic views, surrounding farmland to the east and south, two ponds with the potential to create a larger lake, and the opportunity to build your own private homestead await.
